Welcome to Runjaw. By creating an account or using Runjaw (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Runjaw is an AI chat product offering a free tier and a paid "Pro" tier. The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email and verify it to sign in.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. One person should not create multiple accounts to evade limits or promotions.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country).

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• New accounts may receive a limited free trial of Pro as a promotion; trials may end or change at our discretion.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may grant refunds at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Runjaw to break the law, harm others, generate abusive or illegal content, attempt to breach or overload the system, scrape or resell the Service, or attempt to extract its prompts, models, or infrastructure.

5. AI output

Runjaw uses AI models that can be inaccurate or incomplete. Output is for general information only and is not professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or allergy advice. Verify anything important (including weather, directions, restaurant, and allergy information) before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use the output.

6. Your content

You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runjaw and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
