This policy explains what Runjaw collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the Service.

What we collect

• Account: your email address (and name, if you sign in with Google).
• Chats: your conversations, stored encrypted at rest.
• Usage: basic counts and timestamps to enforce limits and improve the Service.
• Network: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse and duplicate-trial fraud. We do not store your raw IP for this purpose.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, power the optional memory feature, process billing, prevent abuse, and communicate sign-in links and account notices. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

Your messages are processed by AI models we operate to generate responses. We do not sell your conversations or use them to identify you to third parties.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the Service (for example, Stripe for payments and an email provider for sign-in links), and when required by law.

Memory

The memory feature stores facts to personalize your experience. You can disable it or clear everything Runjaw remembers in Settings at any time.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your conversations and memory in Settings, or email us to delete your account and associated data.

Security

We encrypt sensitive fields at rest, restrict access, and put the Service behind Cloudflare. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Children

Runjaw is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
